Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelers has (5) retail locations selling luxury jewelry brands. The website is built upon an eCommerce framework – currently to provide an online "wishlist" that aids the Client in lead generation capabilities. This allows the Client the ability to capture who is interested in particular products since there is a concern about selling luxury products directly via the website. The website integrates all product inventory with the Client's jewelry inventory management software at a product level and at a customer level. Additional features include an integrated promotional calendar, and sharing of products via social media channels.
I was responsible for web strategy, and developed all IA for the website – including wireframes, site map and systems architecture.
