Staples asked for the Interactive team at Lorel Marketing Group to build a custom email application that tied into its thousands of field marketing contacts by interfacing directly with SalesForce.

I was responsible for the overaching system architecture as well as user experience for application. Additionally, I developed a custom, Flash-based presentation that housed 3 primary user personas.
